Our small yacht “Aldis” (the smallest competitor in the event) covered a distance from Gdansk to Helsinki and took fourth place in a group of almost 30 yachts in its class.

 

 

 

 

It aroused our appetite for further success in the second and also in the last stage of regatta. Unfortunately, it was thwarted because of a tactical error, lack of wind and insufficient amount of the basic necessities.

 

 

After one-month sailing we came back to Poland with accumulated experience and new ideas for the next voyages.
